Subtext Press is an imprint that focuses on works that incorporates
a dynamic relation between text and image where both text and
image are organizational discourse: subtext, pretext, context, and
text. Some Subtext Press titles are all images which evoke narrative
flow while others have text running with the images or at some
point in the linear stream of page sequence.
All printed books are printed on archival paper with an Epson 4800
that uses pigmented inks. Handmade books use traditional media
on quality papers.
